The relevant candidate will have a proven track record dealing with residential sales and purchases. The varied caseload will also include re-mortgages and other general conveyancing transactions including domestic and commercial leases. The position offers a high degree of autonomy with responsibility for your own workload, taking over existing matters and new instructions.
