We are recruiting for an administrator to join our team in our Helensburgh Estate Agents office.

The main purpose of your role will be to support the sales team within the office with the majority of the administrative duties. This will involve uploading property details on to major property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, dealing with walk in and over the phone enquiries, inputting sales data on to our own internal software to thereafter print off schedules, window cards etc. and ensuring sales information up to date, instructing home reports, issuing fee notes and to cover cashier duties within the Yorkshire Building Society (please note a credit check will be carried out.)

Our ideal administrator will have…..

• Previous administrative/secretarial experience within an office environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet.
• Be a team player.
