With regards to the rapidly changing situation with Coronavirus, we have decided to take a number of actions to protect our clients, staff members and their wider families. We remain fully OPEN FOR BUSINESS but our offices are closed. We are still happy to take instructions, and can continue to help you with your legal and property needs.
Additionally:
- We will no longer be conducting any face to face meetings during this period. As an alternative, meetings will be by telephone + email exchange, or we can arrange a video call with you if you would prefer. Should you require to sign documents, we will arrange for these to be posted to you.
- Our offices remain accessible by appointment to pick up/drop off keys, deliver correspondence etc.
- Some of our staff are already working remotely from home to protect them and their families and to reduce the risk to those staff working in our offices.
- Where staff may have been in contact with someone who has the virus or if they show symptoms, no matter how minor, we are asking that they self-isolate.
- If you wish to contact us to make a payment, for example in respect of fees or outlays, please email our practice manager, Gail Keith (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), and she will contact you to arrange this.
We will continue to do all we can to provide our normal levels of service to you.
