We are open, with a locked door policy!
As you may know, our property and lettings office in Helensburgh has been open for a while now, albeit with a locked door policy. Given the recent relaxing of the social distancing guidelines, you may have spotted that our legal offices have since followed suit!
We're delighted to say that, although our office are locked, we are very much open. We can still offer appointments with our solicitors via telephone, Zoom and Skype.
If you'll be coming into the office, there are a number of changes we have made to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. When entering the office, we thank you for being aware of the following precautions, and apologise for any inconvenience:
- We will only have one client or set of clients in at a time, to help us maintain the appropriate social distancing measures.
- There is hand sanitiser available for you to use if you wish.
- Sneeze guards have been installed to protect staff and clients as much as possible.
- Please use your own pen where possible when being asked to sign documents.
- We would prefer, if possible, for you to use a debit card to settle accounts. Please do this over the phone if possible.
