The Firm would like to announce that our former Partner Keith Macintosh, who was latterly a Consultant with us, has now retired. His licensing work will be continued by our accredited specialist John Gilmour and assistant Linda McFarlane. That said, if you wish to reach Keith for any reason, we have heard that he is now holding court at the 19th hole! |

As of 6th April 2009, the old, and universally-scathed, rules governing discipline and grievances in the workplace have been scrapped, subject to various transitional situations. All employers must now be aware of the new semi-voluntary ACAS Code of Practice in this area, and if you have any queries in this respect, please contact our Employment Team today. |
