Our extremely well-established Property Letting Department is on hand to advise and guide you through the letting process for both Landlords and Tenants alike.

Carol Walsh, our Letting Manager based in our GSPC Office in Helensburgh, welcomes the opportunity to speak to any Landlord with an existing property portfolio, or indeed anyone looking to find their feet with a Buy to Let. Our team is more than happy to apply its extensive local knowledge and advise you on any prospective property purchase, including suitability for rental, anticipated market rent, and to advise on any refurbishments or improvements that could be made.

Due to constant changes in the legislation laws, we can guide you through the whole registration process to make sure that you are very clear in what is required in becoming a ‘Fit and Proper’ landlord.

Once your property is registered, our letting team will then contact prospective Tenants in order to arrange a viewing. References will then be obtained before the signing of the Contract. We will produce for you a professional, comprehensive inventory of the full contents of your chosen property, ensuring a binding document that will be agreed between the Landlord and Tenant. At check in/out we will produce a detailed report confirming the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Meter readings are taken and keys returned are listed and given to/taken from the Tenant. We also provide periodic property inspections on the property.

If you are a prospective tenant looking to find a suitable property to rent, our letting team will take full details of your requirements and place your details onto a mailing list. When a suitable property is available, we will contact you straight away to arrange a viewing.

Our comprehensive service also includes online and offline marketing. This includes marketing through our own website along with the opportunity of marketing through Right Move, the UK's Number 1 property website, and the GSPC, which covers the whole of the West of Scotland.
