Carol Walsh, our Letting Manager based in our GSPC Office in Helensburgh, welcomes the opportunity to speak to any Landlord with an existing property portfolio, or indeed anyone looking to find their feet with a Buy to Let. Our team is more than happy to apply its extensive local knowledge and advise you on any prospective property purchase, including suitability for rental, anticipated market rent, and to advise on any refurbishments or improvements that could be made.

Our team can accompany any Landlord on viewings to assess a prospective property, or if you prefer can simply recommend areas suitable for letting within our locality

We will produce for you a professional, comprehensive inventory of the full contents of your chosen property, ensuring a binding document that will be agreed between the Landlord and Tenant. Two copies of the inventory are provided usually within 24 hours of visiting the property, although further copies may be made available on request.

At check in/out we will produce a detailed report confirming the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Meter readings are taken and keys returned are listed and given to/taken from the Tenant. We are also happy to provide a periodic property inspection service.

Our comprehensive service also includes online and offline marketing, and procurement of full references.
