  • ALL LEASES ARE FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THIS CAN BE EXTENDED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT.
  • A DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE TENANCY CAN COMMENCE.
  • REFERENCES ARE A MUST. THEY ARE REQUIRED FROM YOUR BANK AND FROM YOUR EMPLOYER.
  • WE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH PROOF OF IDENTITY for example:
    PHOTO ID - British Passport / Driving licence.
    PROOF OF ADDRESS - Utility Bill
    This is in Conjunction with Money Laundering Regulations 2003.
  • PETS ARE PERMITTED BY SOME LANDLORDS HOWEVER, PRIOR APPROVAL MUST BE SOUGHT AFTER
  • RENT PER MONTH IS ALWAYS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
  • NO DSS
